FOUND TREASURES ll

1934 Plymouth coupe. I found this car in Missouri.
Another picture of the 34 Plymouth not much left except the skin, but I like to look at any part of an old original race car and wish I could own everything I find.
This is an old modified found by Leo Hoeffer in St. Joeseph Missouri and was completely restored with a 29 Essex body and can been seen on my before and after page.
Ron Newberry found this old modified and restored it. Ron is from St. Joseph Missouri and this car can been seen on my before and after page.
This old modified chassis was found and restored by Darrin Christy and you can also see this car in its present state on my before and after page. Kansas City KS
This old 57 Chevy stock car sits as it last raced.
With a little gas and a battery charge I believe this old coupe could be raced today. Jim Penney also owns this old coupe and although this is not one that he raced, it certainly would not take much to put it back on the track for some vintage racing. Jim found and bought this old car several years ago and plans to restore it in the future. As you have probably noticed on my other pages Jim and I do alot of old race car hunting together.
It looks like it's ready to load on the trailer and head for the track.
I bet that old flathead would still fire up and that nerf bar is solid steel bar and not pipe, and I'll bet he never did have to replace it.

This old 57 thrilled the crowd during many nights of racing with Jim Penney, known as the old 160, behind the wheel. Jim still has this car put away and intends to restore it.
