This page is dedicated to friends and fellow modelers and I am searching for more circle track model builders to donate pictures for this page. Please send pictures of your models either by mail or email. All pictures will be returned. I love these little cars as much as the big ones. So Please help make this page the best ever.

Here's some cars to get this page started. These cars were built and pictures sent to me by Craig Shaw. From what I have seen so far, Craig certainly builds some nice models and you can see more of his work by going to Craig Shaw's Corner featured on Jim Carmichael's Old Time Racing Photos. I am sure you will enjoy his page.
Here is another one of Craig Shaw's models. It's a Grant King sprint car and like all of his models he has done one fine job building it.
This early AMT modified was built and this picture sent to me by James of Fastways Vintage Drive Craze. He has a great site and lots of circle track models to view. He built this model for a vintage racer whose name is Carl Amos. Make sure to visit his site and see more neat models like this one. Click on model to visit James and his site.
The next eight model pictures were sent to me by a new modeling friend, Ross Knisely. He builds great circle track models and will have a few tips from him to put on my model building and tips page.
This 57 Chevy was rebuilt from an early crude custom.
This 36 Ford was an original AMT issue that Ross found on ebay. He thinks it was built in the mid 60's.
Another 36 Ford coupe AMT old junker rebuilt.
I like this old sedan and I think I have seen that number somewhere before. This is another one Ross saved from the junk pile and made a real nice old stock car. 39 Ford sedan
AMT 40 Ford coupe another fine model built from the junk yard.
Here's a Revelle 55 Chevy. We all know there were thousands of these racing on dirt tracks throught the country, in the late 50's, 60's and even 70's and if I had one I would be tempted to build and race it today.
Here is a AMT 49 Mercury, it also has a familiar number. I don't believe I ever seen one of these raced but I can see even this car would look good on the track, but it sure would make the low rider boys cry their eyes out.
AMT 63 T-Bird, Ross built this car out of an original promo. He says it was junk but to me it doesn't really matter one way or the other because it is now one neat old stock car that he built almost 20 years ago. It is a near copy of a car that ran at Wayne county speedway, Orrivelle Ohio in the late 60's driver was Dave Haven. He was one of only a few sucessful Ford racers in the area.
I would like to thank Ross for the great pictures and to say that he and I like building models for the shelf to look at and not worry about fine details that people will never notice. These are great models and I appreciate being able to put them on my site for people to enjoy.
