This week I started out by torch welding 1/4 inch steel rod around all body panels, this helps to make panels stronger and gets rid of all sharp edges, this is a time consuming job but needs to be done.
Also this week I built shock mounting brackets and installed shocks, I also installed disc brake rotors on the 39 Ford spilndles to replace the old brake system

This picture shows the car is really starting to take shape, my youngest son Levi is inside, he thinks it is about time to take a ride, but of course there will be many more hours of work before that happens.
